Channel Islands Surfboards just had their sales Meeting up at the Factory in Carpinteria.  Lots of good stuff happening for the 2012 year.   We even got to surf Rincon in September which is a rare thing.  Every time i go in the Factory I get so amped.  Dane Showed up,  he's rad.  :-)

Channel Islands event in LA

Picked up Rob the hair farmer and drove up to LA for the Channel Islands party.  A bald guy showed up

TB20 World Premier

TB20 world premier at Red Rocks in Denver Colorado. What an amazing place.  Lots of Drunk Snowboarders turned out for a Full night of festivities.

Val Surf Therasurf kids Surf Event

Val Surf had a epic Surf Event at Malibu this past weekend. It was the Therasurf for kids event, along with a pro/legends event. Waves were waist high and the kids were super stoked getting out there and riding the clean open face waves at Malibu. I loved seeing their faces when they were on the wave. Epic Weather and good times.

Been an amazing summer. Logan 8 and Dillon 6 are getting into surfing. It has been really cool to see them enjoy something that I love to do. Dillon is riding a 4'6 John John Florence surf tech, and Logan is riding a INT 7'.

back in the Hood

Burton had its Summer Sales Meeting at Mt Hood Oregon. I haven't been to Mt Hood in like 11 years. Lots has changed in Government Camp, it is much more developed. High Cascade Snowboard Camp rolled out the red carpet for us. We stayed in the Camper housing and got to ride the park. Jussi, Sollars, Rencz were at hand and we all had a great couple days riding and getting the Sales guys ready for the season.

South Bay Demo

I grew up in the South Bay, went to high school at Redondo and started surfing when i was 11 years old up at El Porto. It is always cool to go back to my home spot and see that Surfing is thriving and there are a lot of kids amped. The Channel Islands demo was great today.. Waves were super fun for the summertime, and good turnout. :-)
